IMPACT

At RÙADH, we believe that how we build the brand is just as important as what we create. From the beginning, we have approached design through the lens of quality, longevity, thoughtful sourcing and responsible production.

As a two-year-old brand, we are still early in our journey. We don’t have every answer, and we know that building a more responsible fashion business is an ongoing process. What we can do is be intentional about the decisions we make today, understand their impact, and continue to raise our own standards as we grow. Likewise, the industry is always changing in terms of technology, processes, and standards, and we will strive to remain aware of these developments to continuously improve.

This year marks an important milestone for RÙADH: we became a Certified B Corporation. The certification is a reflection of the work we have done to build greater accountability and transparency into our business, and an acknowledgement of the responsibility that comes with growing a brand. For us, it is not an endpoint or a badge to rest on, but a framework that challenges us to keep improving.

Our approach is rooted in purposeful design, enduring materials, artisanal craftsmanship and a commitment to making pieces that are intended to be worn and lived in for years. We are increasingly focused on understanding our supply chain, choosing materials with greater consideration, reducing unnecessary impact and working with partners who share our values.

We believe progress is more meaningful than perfection. As RÙADH grows, so does our responsibility to our customers, our partners, our team and the wider environment in which we operate. Transparency allows us to understand where we can do better; accountability gives us a reason to keep pushing.

We are proud of how far we have come in two years, but we are equally conscious of how far there is still to go. This report is an honest look at where we are today, the progress we have made, and the work ahead.

Supplier Code of Conduct

Made with reverence for the earth and sustained by a thoughtful and comprehensive approach. 

RÙADH is committed to the highest levels of responsible business practices. The RÙADH Code of Conduct (“CoC”) outlines our requirements for fair, safe and healthy working conditions and environmental responsibility throughout our supply chain. The Supplier Code of Conduct applies to all facilities that produce goods for RÙADH including all suppliers of goods or services, subcontractors, licensee, agent, or affiliate that manufactures or finishes products for RÙADH or from whom RÙADH procures goods and services for its own use. RÙADH seeks to work with Suppliers whose values and approach to business align with their own. RÙADH’s dedication to craftsmanship, small batch production and minimal impact on the environment requires RÙADH to partner with Suppliers who have a strong commitment towards quality, across not only the product, but also in how they care for their workers and the environment.

Circularity

At RÙADH, we produce small batch high quality product built to last and be resold and reworn. We also offer a take back programme to our customers, offering 20% off a future purchase with us if you return your worn RÙADH back in order for us to upcycle or fully recycle these pieces.
