Refund policy

Domestic returns:

Domestic returns are free of charge. Items purchased on Ruadh.com are eligible for returns provided that they are returned within 15 days of the item's arrival date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition.

Please allow 10-14 business days for us to process your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

International returns:

We currently offer international shipping to Canada, UK, EU and the Netherlands.

International returns are $50. Items purchased on Ruadh.com are eligible for returns provided that they are returned within 15 days of the item's arrival date in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
