Crafted in recycled sterling silver with an 18k gold vermeil finish (2.5 microns), the Éclipse Earrings are inspired by the bold geometry and streamlined symmetry of Art Deco architecture. Designed as a mirrored pair, the sculptural crescent silhouette recalls the curved façades and graphic detailing characteristic of the movement. Five curved red jasper stones are set along the inner edge of each earring, creating a striking contrast between soft organic lines and structured architectural form.

The Dévé x RÙADH collaboration was born out of friendship and a shared desire to create something considered, elevated, and beautiful. A true collaboration from beginning to end, it was a meeting of ideas, perspectives, and a mutual appreciation for thoughtful design and craftsmanship. We selected more sustainable materials and chose to produce in small batches, allowing us to be intentional about both the process and the pieces we created.

Sustainability

Care Instructions

  • As it is a coating, gold vermeil will gradually tarnish through exposure to oxidising agents. Put on gold vermeil pieces as a finishing touch, after perfume and other products and avoid water and harsh chemicals when wearing them.
  • Keep gold vermeil pieces stored in their pouch and separate from other jewellery when unworn to avoid excess wear to plated surfaces.
  • To clean, gently wash gold vermeil pieces in warm water mixed with a few drops of mild dishwashing soap. Rinse thoroughly and leave to dry well on a soft cloth before returning the piece to its pouch for storage.
  • Additionally, a soft or non-abrasive jewellery cloth can be used to gently rub the surface in a circular motion to clean. However, silver polishing cloths should be avoided as they may damage the plating.
